There are many options for mindfulness training at Innercalm Counselling Services
Mindfulness Essentials 5 week course and weekend workshops run regularly throughout the year. This is a really economical way to introduce yourself to mindfulness. Over the 5 weeks of the Mindfulness Essentials 5 week course or in the weekend workshops you will have the opportunity to sample different mindfulness exercises to help you work out how to best integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.
- Each session of the Mindfulness Essentials course runs for 90 minutes and the class size is kept small (max 14 people) to allow plenty of time to answer questions and share experiences. The course is graduated so each week the experience is deepened. It includes a wide variety of exercises including mindfulness of eating, walking and everyday activities. Sitting mindfulness meditations exercises are introduced each week but the focus is on understanding how our mindfulness practice enriches and enhances our everyday lives.
